Refund Policy

1. No Refund for Voluntary Withdrawal

Refunds will not be granted if the candidate voluntarily takes a decision to withdraw from the services or decides to discontinue the services provided.

2. Refunds in Case of Service Inability

Refunds will only be granted in the event that we are unable to provide the services as agreed. In such cases, the refund process will be initiated promptly.

3. Refund Amount Deduction

If eligible for a refund, we credit the refund within 45 days; the refunded amount will be 18% less than the original payment. The deduction covers administrative and operational expenses.

4. Dispute Resolution

No excuses will be entertained if there is any dispute regarding the refund. The decision of The Final Advice in such matters will be final and binding. The sanctioning authority for refunds rests solely with us.
